Gymnastics Programs

Parent & Tot Classes:

These classes, for moms (or dads) and their children age 18 months to 3-years-old, are a comprehensive fitness program that develops strength and flexibility, improves motor coordination and hand/eye coordination, and increases body and spatial awareness.  This class will strengthen the parent/child bond and improve the child's self confidence.


All-Around Gymnastics Classes:

Classes are offered for boys and girls ages 3 and up.  Each class lasts one hour per week. 
Our student/teacher ratio is 4 to 1.  How do we keep the groups so small, you ask in amazement?  We aim to please! 
Students work on tumbling, trampoline, balance beam, bars, and rings.  In age groups, little flippers will develop coordination, strength, flexibility, and self-confidence.  Our instructors emphasize positive motivation to develop self-esteem in a safe environment.

Cheernastics:

For those flippers solely interested in tumbling, tumble-tramp, and trampoline.  We focus on round-off back handsprings, tumbling series, and cheerleading jumps.  Get your kids bouncing off our walls instead of yours!  One hour per week with a student/teacher ratio of 5:1.  For ages 6 & up.

Gym  Kata:

Boys age 6 and up who want excitement!  Tumbling, trampoline & martial arts combined.  The boys will jump, punch, flip, fly through the air and do awesome kicks!  Way cool!  One hour per week.  Student/teacher ratio of 5:1.

Competitive Gymnastics:

Outstanding students will be invited to move up to our advanced level teams as they meet certain skill requirements.  Coaching is still done in a positive, success-oriented manner while at the same time challenging the gymnast according to his/her abilities.  Workout times and fees vary per level.   Mini and Preteam Manual (32KB)
